New Microsoft Teams on Horizon VDI - Known Issues and resolutions (95838)

 

Workspace ONE Support for Apple Macbook Air models (M3) (96810)

  • Workspace ONE has added support for the M3 Macbook Air:
    • MacBook Air (13-inch, M3, 2024) = Mac15,12
    • MacBook Air (15-inch, M3, 2024) = Mac15,13

No action is required to receive support for these models.

 

Windows Software Distribution (SFD) Agent fails to start after upgrade (23.10) (96809)

  • Upgrading to the latest version of the Windows Software Distribution (SFD) Agent (23.10), SFD fails to start, and applications will not download. This issue only impacts devices that previously had SFD 21.02 installed.

  • Workspace ONE UEM 23.10
    • Patch Level: 23.10.0.7
    • RUGG-12350: CustomAtttibute sample update in DeviceState was failing due to duplicate custom attributes mapping.
    • ARES-27674: ARP not triggering when threshold is met.
    • UM-8719: Unable to access user groups even with the admin roles and right permissions.
    • AAPP-16991: VPP application was not updating version on the console for one application but does push the updated version to the devices.
    • AAPP-15183: The description for custom B2B apps was not shown in the Legacy and Hub catalog.
    • ENRL-4098: After WS1 UEM 2310 upgrade, iOS CICO fails when the OS version is used in the Enrollment Restriction policy.
    • AMST-40710: Seed Windows Hub 23.10.5 x86 UEM console 2310.
    • CRSVC-46455: Unable to save Intelligent Hub setting page on lower organization groups.
    • CRSVC-46731: Device summary tab, security card was not displaying Azure Active Directory Registration or Azure Device ID under device details.
    • CMCM-190923: Increase the maximum page size for managed content DS endpoint.
