Announcing General Availability of Mobile SSO for Apple devices - As part of the iOS 13 SDK and MDM spec, Apple introduced a new cross-platform SSO extension that offered a native SSO approach using standard federation protocols. Mobile SSO for Apple devices in Workspace ONE Access leverages this native SSO Extension SDK in Apple.
Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for Android 23.08 - Experience Improvements in Mobile Threat Defense for Phishing and Content Protection
- Shift-Based Access Control with UKG Dimensions (Limited Availability)
- The Shift-based Access Control feature enables customers to selectively restrict access to Intelligent Hub features based on whether the shift-based worker is on or off the clock. This version of the feature enables configurable restriction of Hub Services, notifications, app entitlements, and single sign-on when the user is not deemed to be working, as defined by the customers UKG Dimensions time and attendance system.
- This version of Shift-based Access Control supports integration with UKG Dimensions and requires Hub Services 2308+, Workspace ONE Access 2209+, and Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for iOS and Android 23.08+.

KB Highlights & Announcements Week 36: iOS Tunnel client 23.06 in Managed mode may prompt for user credentials on application launch (94260) - The iOS Tunnel client 23.06 may prompt the user for their enrollment credentials on application launch.
This condition only applies to Tunnel in Managed enrollment mode. This condition does not apply to Tunnel in Unmanaged-Standalone enrollment mode. This condition does not apply if Tunnel is enabled with Workspace ONE Phishing and Content Protection.
Workspace ONE UEM Introducing an EU-only Content Delivery Service (CDN) (94323) - We will be upgrading our EU CDN services to utilize Akamai custom edge map and retain all cache within the EU region only. Once enabled, our EMEA open CDN service will be served by edge servers within the EU. Customers can rest assured that their data will not leave the EU region and enjoy the secured and reliable content delivery service that Akamai brings.

Upon deploying the patches noted in KB 93877, you may experience an error when creating or editing DDUI device profiles (iOS, macOS, Android Enterprise) in the Workspace ONE UEM Console. - VMware Workspace ONE UEM New Control Plane SaaS Deployment Schedule (86243)
Workspace ONE UEM has undergone a complete re-architecture to modernize the platform using microservices and containers to enable increased scalability and performance and increase the rate of innovation. Now after having conducted significant and careful testing, these architecture updates, including a new control plane, will be deployed to UEM SaaS environments over the next several weeks, with options available to on-premise customers after this roll-out (Later in 2022).
