Workspace ONE Access & Hub Services Updates available now - Customize the Dark Mode Navigation Bar Background and Font Color for Workspace One Intelligent Hub
- Admins can customize the Dark Mode navigation bar background and font color from the Branding tab in the Hub Services admin console. When the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub Web is set to dark mode, it will reflect the colors defined in the console.

KB Highlights & Announcements Week 43: VMware Best Practices Update – Workspace ONE UEM SaaS IP ranges – updated recommendation for customers to transition to DNS based allow lists by January 15th, 2024 (95271) - As part of our ongoing journey to enhance the quality and security of the Workspace ONE UEM SaaS service, VMware is migrating to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the network ingress service for all UEM SaaS environments. Note, the migration to AWS CloudFront has been placed on hold indefinitely as described here. Moving to AWS will further improve the security posture of Workspace ONE UEM as well as help align the SaaS platform to better adopt newer industry standards and needs in the future.
High Priority KBs - Workspace ONE UEM - Updated requirements for on-premise cumulative patches (94706)
The base GA version for current Workspace ONE UEM releases is being revised through updated installers. On-premise customers will need to consume a revised installer for a given major version before any future cumulative patches can be deployed for that major version. Workspace ONE UEM has undergone a complete re-architecture to modernize the platform using microservices and containers to enable increased scalability and performance and increase the rate of innovation. Now after having conducted significant and careful testing, these architecture updates, including a new control plane, will be deployed to UEM SaaS environments over the next several weeks, with options available to on-premise customers after this roll-out (Later in 2022).

WS1 Boxer 23.10 for iOS - Propose new time
- Instead of leading long conversations about the time of a meeting, all users will now be able to decline or accept a meeting tentatively and propose a new time to the organizer with a single click.
- Visual scheduler can be used to select an appropriate time slot.
- The availability of all invitees within someone’s organization is going to be visible so that the proposer of the new time can choose a slot that suits everyone’s schedule

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 23.10 for iOS - HUBI-10310: [Coming in a later beta build] Device Friendly Name for iOS 16+
- Apple removed the ability for apps to know what the device name was in iOS 16, we are bringing some of that functionality back for MDM devices.This is specifically useful for customers using Check-in/Check-out and identifying their devices.
