Workspace ONE Intelligence 24.02.20
- We're happy to announce the Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK for Android 24.1.0 release.
With this new release we are going beyond app analytics and adding the capabilities to collect advanced device, network, and battery telemetry. The Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK for Android now provides comprehensive insights into device performance, empowering IT teams to proactively enhance the digital experience for mobile device users. Existing customers can upgrade to the latest version by following the instructions outlined in the listed documentation.

Script keeps sending samples after unassigned or removed on VMware Workspace ONE UEM 22.12 (94957)
- The console keeps reporting samples of scripts from Windows devices after the scripts have been unassigned or removed from the devices
- This article is to inform why the console has been keeping showing samples from scripts in such circumstances
- Once unassigned from entitlement, the scripts stop running on the devices, however, samples will keep being sent to the console from the last execution
iOS 17 - Workspace ONE Web 24.02 is not able to register user agent in user defaults (96607)
- Web page that has dependency on navigator.UserAgent JS callback with VMware Tunnel and Tunnel Proxy (already EOL) may not load properly in Workspace ONE Web 24.02+.
- With Xcode 15 and iOS 17+ devices, UIWebview is not correctly responding to navigator. UserAgent JS callback because it’s not able to register user agent in user defaults. Issue has been reported to Apple - https://feedbackassistant.

Reset the Root or ccadmin Password for Horizon 8 Edge appliance (96584)
- Provide guidance on recovery of root or ccadmin account in Horizon 8 Edge appliance.
- To reset the
rootpassword, you must set certain parameters during the appliance's restart sequence.
- Use vSphere Client to launch the console for the Horizon 8 Edge appliance. Click inside the console window to make the cursor active in the console.
- Use vSphere Client to restart the appliance. As soon as the OS splash screen appears, type e to open the GNU GRUB editor.

The base GA version for current Workspace ONE UEM releases is being revised through updated installers. On-premise customers will need to consume a revised installer for a given major version before any future cumulative patches can be deployed for that major version.
